Condensation On Bottom Of Gutters

Condensation on bottom of gutters. Rot and decay of wood headers joists sill plates and columns. That is about all i can attribute it to. Enough to form a little line in the mulch underneath. Looks like a run of bubbles along the inside rim of the gutter.

It seems like some water is gently rolling off the roof and catching the edge of the gutter rolling down it s side and then dripping from the bottom. Mine do it too but at this time of year it is from cold rain and temperate gutters causing condensation. Odor mold and mildew. Staining and blistering of wall covering.
